The music that I compose emerges exclusively from the realm of silence, a state of latent potential where all is possible. Since I have no formal nor informal training in music or composition, I extract from the keyboard, the various patterns of harmonic and discordant fields of sound that move me at the moment. Sounds of an idyllic golden piano, that radiate across time and space, in its lyrical voice of pure sentiment and expression. Once I establish the fundamental pattern for the base notes, the lead notes emerge as a flood of feelings, sounds, and melodies that take over my subconscious spirit and out comes what you hear. Because of the improvised nature of the work, errors generated along the way are edited as the score is written through a computer program. I frankly never know what will arise out of this latent realm of the subconscious. It is all strictly spontaneous, honest and magic.
